  • 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • A Tbs Olive Oil

  • A  Head of Trimmed Rapini
  • 2 Zucchini (cut into round pieces)
  • 1/2 Cup of Jarred Artichoke Hearts

  • A Cup of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • A Tbs Dried Oregano
  • Chopped Parsley

How to Prepare

  • The first step still remains the same – preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Secondly, pour the oil into a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium-high heat.
  • Next, you put the chicken in the oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Fry till the chicken is lightly golden, say, 3 minutes for each side.
