How to Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to about 350-degree F (177 degrees C)
  • Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper
  • Start by making the almond flour cheesecake crust. Mix the almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl, until well blended into a dough
  • Put the dough into the bottom of the lined pan. Bake for about 10-12 minutes till it is slightly golden. Leave to cool for at least 10 minutes

  • Two eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup egg white protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Swerve, granulated
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsweetened cashew milk


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Swerve
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

How to Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Separate the egg yolks from two eggs, whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks in a standing mixer, and put aside.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add egg yolks, vanilla, and unsweetened cashew milk. Stir until well combined
  • Gently mix stiff egg whites with the mixture and mix well

  • Stir almond flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/3 cup granulated stevia together
  • Then, add butter to dry ingredients. Mix butter properly with dry ingredients to form coarse crumbs
  • Put egg and vanilla extract and stir until the dough forms into a ball
  • Fill the greased pie pan with the mixture and spread evenly
