  • 1 lbs Chicken breast(boneless and skinless)
  • Salt, Onion, Garlic, Sweet paprika powder, lightly sprinkle over both sides of chicken


  • 8 cups savoy cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 large shredded carrot
  • Cored and thinly sliced red cabbage (small handful)
  • Snow peas, roughly chopped
  • Almond slices


  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 2 thin slices ginger finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 bulbs scallions chopped. Separate white & green parts
  • ⅛ tsp five-spice powder)


  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

How to Prepare:

  • Season the chicken breast with salt, garlic, onion, sweet paprika powder on both sides. Fry the seasoned chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp ghee until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Lightly cover with aluminum foil and set aside
  • Saute spice with 1 tbsp ghee. Season with a small pinch of salt.
  • Stir-fry the spice for about 10 secs. Then add your thinly sliced savoy cabbage and julienned carrots.
  • Lightly stir them a few times until the vegetables turn slightly softer yet still crisp.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and place aside to cool.
  • Having done that, you can then prepare your salad dressing.
  • Mix sauteed veggies with thin sliced red cabbage, chopped snow peas, almond slices, and sliced chicken. Pour dressing over and serve

  • Put the chopped broccoli into a salad bowl

  • 10 cups of diced cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup minced white onion
  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Paprika for topping

How to Prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F, now line 2 large baking sheets with parchment.
  • Sprinkle olive oil, salt, and pepper on diced cauliflower.
  • Spread onto the baking sheets in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes (flipping halfway through) until the tops are just starting to turn golden. Let cool.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add it the cauliflower and 4 diced eggs, toss to coat.
  • Taste for salt and pepper and add more if needed.
  • Layer the salad into a serving dish, thinly slice the remaining eggs and lay them across the top.
  • Sprinkle with paprika, chill until ready to serve.

  • ¼ cup Paleo mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp minced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Coastal Cobb Salad

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 6 oz cooked shrimp
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 green onion, sliced

How to Prepare: 

  • Make your creamy cilantro lemon dressing by mixing all ingredients
  • Keep in the fridge until the need arises.
  • You can then make your coastal cobb salad. Assemble salad on a large platter. Line the platter with romaine lettuce and then arrange the toppings.

  • Top with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, extra blue cheese and chives

How to Prepare:

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over high heat. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Stir-fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
  • For the salad dressing, blend all the dressing ingredients to smooth. You can thin out the mixture with water or oil if it comes out too thick. Then, adjust sweetener to taste. Keep in a refrigerator till it’s time to use.
  • Put the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef.
  • Add the dressing.
