Why should I eat less, consume zero-calorie foods, and take a low-carb diet when I jog every morning? That’s the question we ask ourselves when we feel we do not need to change our feeding habit to lose weight.

Do you know that weight loss depends on how much calories you expend and consume?

For successful weight loss, you have to consume fewer calories and expend more. That is the part where many of us get it wrong.

We expend more calories through rigorous workouts. True! But our meals, drinks, and snacks, FULL OF CALORIES. That’s a red light we must all watch out for.
